The Lahey Pavilion at Butterfield is an 11,500 SF professional and medical office building on the former Butterfield Hospital campus on Route 9D in the Village of Cold Spring. It was built in 1995 and gut renovated in 2019. Butterfield is also home to NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Hudson Valley, the Cold Spring Post Office, the Philipstown Friendship Center and residences, so the campus has steady daily activity. Ample unassigned surface parking is available on site, which is hard to find in the historic village center. Main Street's shops, restaurants and inns, the Hudson River waterfront and the trailheads of Hudson Highlands State Park are all minutes away. The Cold Spring station on Metro-North's Hudson Line is about 0.8 mile from the property, and trains reach Grand Central Terminal in about 70 minutes. Route 9D runs north to Beacon and Interstate 84 and south to Garrison and the Bear Mountain Bridge. Route 301 runs east to Route 9 and the Taconic State Parkway. Tenant can take the entire space or we will rent out individual offices of various sizes as part of a shared office space. The shared office space would have a common kitchen and bathroom.
